GET JONATHAN STRADER AS YOUR REALTOR NOWWWW!!! So we have loved Jonathan Strader from here since we bought our home a few years back while we were stationed there. He did everything he possibly could for us and was always happy to do it! He took us to SO many houses until we finally found the one we wanted, and he was so so knowledgeable and friendly always. He even gave us a Home Depot gift card at closing! And continues to send us a Christmas card every year! Ugh we just loved him so so much! Last year doing our taxes from all the way in Hawaii at our next duty station we called him bc we had a question about something to do with the land value and he answered right away and walked us through the whole thing! Fastforward to buying a house in Ohio and it is AWFUL! The process is so complicated and our current realtor is ok but Jonathan made everything SO streamline and SO easy! We miss him! Even my husband said how its so different from when we were with Jonathan! Guys from day one this guy has been by our side and if we do move back to Lejeune.. trust and believe we are taking this guy out to dinner and if we sell that property, he will be the one to do it! I recommend him to every single person I know! Now I'll go back to figuring this stuff out for this next house... but if we were working with Jonathan.. it'd already be done and we would be in our house... As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely intimidated and naive to the entire purchasing experience. Jonathan was wonderful.
